Blu-ray Disc (BD) functionality in the Windows 7 Operating System

The Windows 7 Operating System natively supports writing to Blu-ray Disc (BD) media. However, the InterVideo WinDVD BD Software or other third-party player Software is still required for Blu-ray Disc (BD) playback.

We can burn the Blu-ray Discs by using the in-built Windows Explorer feature of the Windows 7 Operating System.
